I grew up in Hickory, North Carolina my whole life. I have been privileged to have great parents and an amazing sister. They have taught me to be humble and to put others before me. Because of my experiences and love for others, I decided to do this blog. I want to be a positive light and to create a meaningful moment for someone so that they can follow his or her dreams or receive advice that can be helpful.
Throughout my life, I have been able to diversify myself in many areas. Leadership positions and building relationships on campus and my career has made me a better individual. I battled a suicidal episode in 2016 and lost a friend to suicide in 2018. Experiencing this allowed me to have a deep connection with mental health and volunteer with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. From a financial standpoint, I began investing in my early 20’s and have researched continuously. That focus allowed me to become debt free at an early age. In addition, I had the opportunity to generate over $4 million in profit for a top company in less than three years. Travel is another important passion of mine. The Lord has blessed me with the opportunity to travel to Africa, Europe, Canada, Mexico, The Caribbean, and across the United States. The desire for gaining knowledge and learning motivates me to continue to make a difference in this world.
